My liege, and madam, to expostulate
What majesty should be, what duty is,
What day is day, night night, and time is time,
Were nothing but to waste night, day, and time;
Therefore, since brevity is the soul of wit,
And tediousness the limbs and outward flourishes,
I will be brief.
I'm not the best photographer which is on my list of things to improve this year. However, I LOVE making jewelry. I enjoy experimenting and wire work with shiny and not so shiny components. I'll start posting pictures of my work to track my progress.
To be brief... here are some pictures from my first attempts at wire work. More to come!
I don't quite remember what kind of stone I've used as the focal, but AAA hand faceted tree agate for the necklace. This is one of my first wrapped pendant. I love the flames on the primary stone.
I love this piece. I love cold connections and the generally more industrial look. Hand riveted sterling silver and copper using a Turkish Lyra as a focal picture.
Hand wrapped parrot wing with copper. This was one of the first completely wrapped cabochon. I love the stone with the mix of copper and green.
Cobalto Calcite drusy with matching Swarovski earrings. Gorgeous.
Handmade copper tube beads with high quality moss agate.
Hand made and wrapped copper findings with Swarovski.
First wire work project - sterling silver S spiral. Fun, easy and cute.
